With races being canceled all over the world due to the COVID19 (coronavirus) pandemic, it can be tough to stay motivated with your training.Times like this it can be very hard to stay motivated, because we don’t know when things will get back to normal again..

Here are a few tips on how to stay motivated during this time of uncertainty.

1. Find your fire🔥: use this time wisely, reset and refocus, set new goals and find your inner fire. What drives you to keep going?

2. Make the time🕖: get a certain time to train eveyday. It motivates you to stay active. You need to focus on being the best you first, and that requires you to be healthy and fit, in order to be there for everyone else. 

3. Work on your weaknesses🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️:use this time to work on your weaker areas, the areas where you want to improve. Now is the perfect time!
